Hite or Mineral Bottom — 2010
Private boaters who are planning to fly out of Hite to either Mineral Bottom for the Green River side of Cataract or to the Canyonlands Airport and start their trip from Potash, here is the information for scheduling your flight.
1. RESERVATIONS: Contact Slickrock Air Guides, Inc. toll-free at 866-259-1626 during business hours MST. Please allow us sufficient notice prior to your launch date for your flight reservation.
2. MEETING PLACE: We meet you at Hite airport located on Hwy 95 north of the Hite Bridge and approximately a 10-minute drive from the Hite boat ramp/marina. Please be available with limited gear for the flight to either Moab or Mineral Bottom. Hite to Mineral Bottom flights must be scheduled in the morning ONLY, the last flight for Mineral Bottom MUST leave Hite airport no later than 9:30AM.
3. COST OF FLIGHT: $125.00 per person with a 4 person minimum = $500.00 is the minimum charge for flying to Moab or Mineral Bottom. Any additional passengers or gear is $125.00. We are able to accommodate up to 35 passengers at one time with 7 aircraft.
4. PAYMENT: Slickrock Air Guides, Inc. accepts VISA/MC, personal checks for flight payment. Full payment is due upon making your reservation, should you choose to send a personal check please snail mail to. Slickrock Air Guides, Inc. P.O. Box 901 Moab, Utah 84532.
NOTE: Refund Policy — Slickrock Air Guides, Inc. will not refund any of the payment for no shows, or reduced passenger numbers for a flight.
